Situated in the heart of the city, close to Bourbon Street, restaurants, and shopping. Not to mention it is 15 mins from the cruise port. | No windows in the room.

When we first arrived the hotel clerk advised us that keeping our car in valet while ordering rides around the city would be a more economical option versus the egregious amount of parking fees we would have accumulated. I personally recommend walking because we actually felt like we truly experienced the city!

The location and staff were great. | Underneath the bed could use a sweep/dusting. I only became aware of this because I dropped something and after seeing.... Let's just say, some attention should be paid underneath the bed.

Clean, beautiful hotel with the neatest vibe and great location.

I loved the convenience to Canal Street and Ruby Slipper right next door. The Casino was also within a half block away. The ceiling to floor windows were amazing. The old school radio in the rooms was a nice touch. My room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The full sized mirror with lights added a nice touch as well. Also liked when issues arises the hotel staff worked quickly to resolve it. | I didn’t like how slightly dark the room was once we closed the curtains. I guess one would say it was moody, but I still feel like it could’ve been more light. I also couldn’t get my TV to mirror my phone with the Chromecast feature. This was a big bummer for me because once we retreated to our room I was limited to whatever was on the basic TV lineup. I will add, the hotel did try several times to get it to work, and they did give me a refund on the amenities fee due to this issue. I also had a problem with my shower drain, but again it was resolved very quickly.
