Ive had to make repeated requests for a folio of my stay and have still not received anything: poor checkout and follow up

Location | Noise. Our room was next to the staff room and elevators

Centrally located in the staff was awesome. From the valet to the restaurant to the check in, we had no problems. | We wish the coffee place was open later since we like to drink it all day. Also, I like Cortado’s and the one I got was just so so.

Great experience, great amenities with a friendly and experienced staff. Quality of food as well as the room and hotel conditions were excellent.

I specifically booked this hotel because the pool was supposed to be so great. Imagine my disappointment when I found out it was closed for repairs and won’t open for another month. I wish they had disclosed this information at the time of booking so I could have looked for a different option. I will say that we encountered some very nice people on the staff. The hotel itself is clean, well located and has about everything else you need.

We stayed here during December (although only just remembered to write a review eight weeks later) The Omni was a great stay with well appointed rooms, and a few quirky extra touches throughout from the unicorn to the lifts, which raised a smile and stopped it being ‘identikit’ to other Omni We had one of the more modern room type/styles as opposed the traditional rooms they also feature This included modern retro art, fixtures and fittings For a hotel there was a great range of lighting, plenty of charging solutions around the room, a comfortable armchair and footrest and a large comfy bed There was also a fridge and coffee machine, and a nice clean iron and ironing board I mention all those as so many hotels seem to struggle with basics like a scale free kettle or an iron without burnt on detritus, however the Omni (as other Omni we’ve stayed at) was spot on on all fronts Everything worked, was well considered and extra touches to boot The hotel was also decked out beautifully for Christmas and the rang e of music including country Christmas tunes added to the festive feel There is a restaurant (not tried other than a drink) and a deli type cafe (used a couple of times - was ok for speed but in the main we went down the road due to the proximity of bakeries, cafes and restaurants The location suited us a it was pretty easy to head to a variety of places for it including attractions and places to eat Overall it was a very enjoyable stay with no issues, certainly recommend it and would personally stay again:)
