It was clean. | the location was perfect, cause it was near all the restaurants, bars, was little dangerous because of the next street was crowded with homeless people

Location, staff | Clean day in day out.

Upon arrival, the bistro was closed. We were offered a "Welcome Drink" of wine or Coors light.... not as advertised... "endles cookies and real drink" | Bistro was closed and we were not informed when booking. There was no coffee for purchase in the morning. The room we checked intro was HOT 78 with no fan and no AC- we were moved but the new room was SOOOOO small and still warm 75 no fan or air movement.

Todo el estilo del hotel es precioso. Lo que más me gustó fue el comfort de las camas y almohadas, la limpieza de las habitaciones y el baño. El personal fue super amable, especialmente aquel que estaba en el lobby durante las tardes-noches (que fue el que vimos todo el tiempo). | El hotel estuvo muy bien. El problema es que la calle Geary está en la frontera del Tenderloin, y pues alrededor de la zona hay personas con adicciones. Durante el día se puede caminar sin ninguna dificultad (incluso con tu equipaje), pero durante la noche el ambiente cambia. Nuestra experiencia fue positiva pero sí es algo para tomar en cuenta.

Very comfortable bed. Free cookie and drink were much appreciated. Good location for our visit. Check out Zombie Village down the street for a cool Tiki Bar. Beware the actual zombies outside though. | Picked this hotel as it was nearby the A.C.T theatre where we were seeing a play. This location is also very close to the Tenderloin which is scary and noisy. Nothing the hotel can do about that however. So, just be aware of your surroundings if you stay here. We stayed on the sixth floor so the late night explosions (fireworks, not gun shots?) and shouting on the street below was muted. The hotel itself was quiet.
