The central location, great range of shops and restaurants catering to all tastes and budget. Proximity ro tourist attractions and public transport | The room was averaged sized but felt small because of the pokey layout. Unavoidable in an old building. Staff weren't very friendly and assistance with luggage unless asked was a bit disappointing. Especially when juggling a car parked in a max 5min limit drop off zone, a toddler, pram and bulky luggage. We had to drag this in off the street ourselves.
