Excellent location for business trip to Los Angeles. Also wonderful if for leisure travel. The customer service is par excellence! The Concierge is exceptional and provided a "white glove" service, patient, gracious, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. The front desk and bell staff were also amiable, helpful and simply great with guests. I appreciated having access to the spa bath, excellent views of Los Angeles, and enough closet and room space to get work done and relax without having the bed as the only seating option available. I did not eat at the restaurant but the room service meals, including breakfast were delicious with timely and gracious room service. It is really worth the price and the stay. | Nothing really! Perhaps more sitting space in the lobby but this is not a deal breaker by any means.
