The staff was fantastic and very attentive. But the food was horrible and very expensive. There was nothing special about the guest rooms.

My family traveled from NY due to a death in the family. The services and comfort provided by Gena during check-in was very comforting and accommodating. Both James and Gena have been wonderful uplifting spirits and I’m happy and grateful for the experience here at the Sheridan and the services provided.

The desk lady, Gena, was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She really made my experience memorable, and worth the money spent. She also helped me to experience the club lounge which is definitely worth it for travelers! I travel to Delaware often for business, and typically stay in Wilmington and drive from the airport. I decided to stay closer to the airport this time and that is exactly what I will be doing from here on out, at the Sheraton Downtown Philadelphia. Thanks Gena!!

I would love to be able to give this Hotel a five out of five. But the doors are very loud and rattle when they slam. For whatever reason the halls reverberate sounds more so than other hotel room halls. I don’t have an explanation for that, they’re just very loud. But people are what give things meaning and most of the staff were very gracious and accommodating

I was incredibly grateful for the help at the desk. Tiana was attentive and kind. It was a wonderful way to start my stay! Thank you
