Well equipped. | During registration, the person had technical issues and insisted to have me waiting for 30 min, while I was super tired and exhausted from a flight. He didn't know any alternative to register a credit card manually. Very little empathy. He probably feared to not obey rules and lose his job - so maybe not good hotel management?
The location. Close enough to restaurants to walk. Friendliness of staff. | In-room microwave was dirty. Only three bath towels in a double room with housekeeping every third day. Fan in bathroom did not work so mirror steamed up. Attached restaurant was terrible service wise and food wise. Parking is $55 per night.
It's close to train. | It's pricey.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, visited the pool and really enjoyed it. Clean bathrooms and the hotel restaurant is perfect.
Walkable to everything! Safe neighborhood for a solo traveller. Very modern, clean and spacious facilities. Great view from the upper floors. | It was all fantastic!
