Great location! | I booked 2 nights, but we were arriving the next morning around 9am, I then got a message from the hotel to say we would be better off paying the early check-in fee, so i did that, cancelled and rebooked. We arrived there Saturday morning only to be told they wouldn't have a room ready. We had just travelled 15 hours with 2 young kids with little sleep to be told this, NOT GREAT! Next on check-out my partner caught an Uber into town to collect our hire car, I had the 2 kids with me, we waited in the courtyard then my son needed to use the bathroom, I asked the man at the reception desk who didn't seem like he wanted to be there to get a card to use the bathroom, he huffed something under his breathe and handed me the card, he didn't seem happy about it. Room was small :( Needs some updating. Overall I wouldn't stay again, the pictures make it look better and for the price I am sure there are better choices.

I loved the location | The elevators and doors didn’t work to well, my room when I got in had hair multiple places, and the front desk lady was to busy talking to another worker than acknowledging us at all.

The property was clean, modern, had great facilities, and was in a great location near transport and the fishermans wharf area | The internet was slow/temperamental

Location, staff | Bathroom way to small, pillows were all the same density (too firm) uncomfortable, one of the rooms had a view of the parking garage.
