5$ for a soda seems a bit expensive
Good breakfast but not much choice | Could hear the elevators all night from my first room. Also no club lounge facilities or any room amenities except bottled water that is billed to the guest.
Josh and Chris were the first people we met at the Grand Hyatt. They made us feel like we just arrived home.
Breakfast was ok. | All the rest, gym, pool, room, reception, etc... So old looking, smelling and all, really disappointed.
Tyler, Matt, Stephan, Josh, Marcus and Anthony were all fabulous! THANKS FELLAS!
