Everything about this hotel was perfect. My son and I were exceptionally comfortable in our room-it was very spacious. The room was filled with amenities, the pool was fantastic, and the happy hour was a bonus! | There is nothing that we didn't like.

The pool is great | The larger gentlemen was no assistance checking in, to the point he got so confused and would not allow my wife to use her card a security deposit, meaning I had to redraw an account costing me $150+ in interest charges, all to then be told "oops I was confused I can use her card"

We have stayed at this hotel before and we love the location, staff, property and amenities. The check in was fast and smooth and the staff member was very pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice seating area. After a stroll in the neighborhood visiting both Sunset Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard we were able to attend their "happy hour", hosted by another friendly staff member think it was Andrew, who doesn't like a complementary glass of wine or two in the afternoon? We decided to have breakfast in the morning and we were well taken care of by the pleasant staff member. Check out went smoothly and the staff was very accommodating to hold on to our luggage while we were able to do some touristy things. We definitely would pick this hotel again as it has just what we are looking for. We have used the pool area in the past and we like the amenities. This hotel is a gem!! | Honestly, at this time we can't find anything that we didn't like.

Great quiet and safe residential area, huge suites and lots of space with a beautiful rooftop pool. | Not much - but there was no kettle in room, got one sent up from room service but it didn’t have the right plug.
