Clean and good service | Nothing

I never got to my room as the hotel had somehow overbooked. I was made to wait for an hour after checkin for a message which never arrived. I had to change my clothes in a dirty bathroom on the conference level to get to a reception I was invited to. I found out that I did not have a room after I got back to the hotel at 7:30pm following my reception. I was placed at a hotel that 20 minutes of a drive north of the hotel I had intentionally booked to be close to my conference. On top of all of this, the front desk staff was actually rude towards many of us when we had all of our plans obliterated. I appreciate being placed in an uber and not having to pay for my stay, but it unfortunately doesn’t make up for the added stress of having to change the entirety of my plans during what was already a short and stressful trip.

Good location -walking distance to CFG Bank Arena | No valet parking-self parking lot adjacent to hotel is prepaid only. Received $100 parking ticket ; thought you paid upon exiting garage
