Breakfast good. Location good | Rooms and bathrooms too small. Parking was an issue. Ate about a block away. SWAT team was out front. Said there had been a shooting in the area and unruly teens. Did not feel safe.
Avoid if you can. Good location but rooms are failing apart and are in need of serious overhaul. Paint, trim failing off walls. First “suite” had no working heat or shower. Front desk didn’t offer to move us until I pressed. Mind you it was 830PM with a teen who needed to shower post football tourney. Offered to send maintenance (who was great by the way) who couldn’t fix either issue. Finally moved rooms, downgraded. Had to press to offer a rate change, instead was offered free breakfast and points. Finally offered a $20 discount. Plenty of other options in same area. -Hilton member.
The staff were amazing. The hotel itself is terrifying. I should’ve did more research before booking. Because I didn’t realize I would be staying in the haunted mansion lol | The building needs a major update. Renovations are absolutely needed.
