Bom hotel | Atendimento precisa melhorar
Ubicación | Baño muy antiguo, con poca luz, absolutamente ninguna amenities, la caja fuerte estaba estropeada
Location. | Needs refurbishment, windows filthy blocking nice views, a little bit of paint would go a long way on grey demented balconies. Room was not made up two days in a row, had to ask for fresh towels, toilet paper etc More attention to detail needed to increase the experience
Great restaurant and location. | Hard to find a parking spot.
Our check-in was a nightmare! The dude was so rude that we asked to talk with his manager. And was only the beginning. It was impossible to take a shower because the water was cold in both rooms. We were on the 19th floor and were supposed to have a nice view, but the windows were so dirty that you couldn't see outside. In one room, the sink faucet was loose and dripping. A couple of the outlets didn't work. A horrible experience. We will never stay at this hotel again.
Easy to get to travel to. | Pillows. I like soft pillows.
Excellent room on 20th floor 2010 and 2012 which were connecting for 4 female friends travellling together which was lovely | Toilet did not flush well in 2012.
