We loved everything about this property. The location is excellent and the deco is like you have stepped out of the 60/70's. If you are a 70/80's child make sure you look up the location of the Brady Bunch house which is a 10min walk away

The hotel grounds was very beautiful, our room was small but comfortable for us as a small party. The consierge staff was wonderful, special shoutout to Jorge who made us feel very welcome. The complimentary shuttle to Universal Studies was on time and the drop off / pick up location is literally steps from the door. The pool area looked very nice, but it was pretty crowded. | Unnecessary communication from back office staff. Daily texting (should be opt in) We received a letter from general manager for putting our doordash / food related trash in the balcony overnight. I didn't want to put in hallway that could cause smell, tried to arrange pickup but was not possible. placed outside for housekeeping to pickup and secured it so animals would not come. The housekeeping staff did not remove our trash, but we got a letter from management that we created risk that it could fall. It also seemed like there was unnecessary medaling. For instance, I used the laundry bag to store our dirty laundry, the letter from management notes there is laundry facilities on the grounds, etc. Overall, our experience with front team was quite incredible. Just noting these as improvement points as I am sure we would return, and there are better ways to handle communications with guests. PS: noting these as feedback, no need for response.
