Great facilities Coffee machine and pool and spa were lovely. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly

Worst experience ever. Me and my husband booked for one night we got 2 queen beds and they wanted to charge us for 2 nights. It was all dirty. Really unsatisfied.

Great location. | Not enough handicapped parking spaces at each entrance. Loud music played by the fire pits until 11:00.

Room wasn't very clean the vent in the bathroom was disgusting. The floor was filthy. We saw 3 bugs crawling around. When we walked in the room there was cand wrappers on the floor behind the TV. I was not happy with cleanliness at all... We had to pay for our breakfast and it was not good at all. | Keep on the maids that clean the rooms I don't think they even clean the floor on the entryway of the room. It needs a lot of TLC.....

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very nice. | We had a room with a door adjacent to the next room. The people in the next room were VERY loud. Their kids and a man were screaming, yelling, and crying all the time. Especially late at night and early in the morning. I can tolerate kids, but their parents should have told them to be quiet while indoors. I thought the noise was coming from the hallway, but I found out it was the room next door. It was hard to sleep and have a conversation with my granddaughter.
