The corner rooms are really nice and staff are friendly, mostly. | WIFI in corner rooms even the high-speed one was pretty bad. The location is not accessible by BART or easily. The cleaning in the restaurant is not that great and the price is too much.
Easy to walk and navigate, excellent restaurants, shops, and a great location. Easy transportation such as the BART, bus, and trains | Accessibility - Disappointed that the closed caption was in a small font on TV. Tried to zoom in more but couldn't do it. Better than nothing.

I did not stay at this location. The neighborhood had trash around, homeless people sleeping on the streets and did not feel safe. I decided to stay elsewhere
