Location & staff | Valet took a min

Le Meridien is centrally located in downtown NOLA and close to eateries, shops, Canal and French Quarter. | The air in the room wasn’t working. We set the thermostats to 60 and it was still blowing warm. Reported it but no one ever came to check. Also, when we needed to iron, we pulled the iron out of the closet and the iron board cover was missing. The railing holding the pictures on the wall was slightly detached from the wall too.

Le personnel à la réception est très accueillant et sympathique. Les chambres sont grandes et l’hôtel est idéalement placé. La wifi marche tres bien. Les oreillers sont fabuleux | La salle de bain est un peu trop petite et le miroir grossissant est beaucoup trop haut. Le parking est cher et en plus on retrouve la voiture avec une bosse sur la porte

The manager was very nice. It was an older black lady. | They charged me an additional $250 when I arrived.
