Location was awesome. Our event was at the super dome so just a block or so away. | The building is awesome and very stylish. The room however was not. The towels smelled like they had been sitting there for 10 years the dresser had a fuel smell to it the beds were uncomfortable like it had 1960 mattresses the carpet was something you would expect from a run down motel 6. I mean I was scared to let my son play with his hot wheels on the floor. the wall paper was peeling off the wall. Electric plugs halfway pushed into the wall. For the price we paid ($470 for one night) it was very very disappointing. Then I call 20 minutes out to ask about parking. Keep in mind the website said no need to reserve parking. I call anyway they tell me the valet parking is available when I get there they will take care of parking. 20 minutes later I show up and they tell me valet is full and I’m on my own to find parking for the weekend. Pitiful

Location was close to superdome | Double charged for rooms, rooms weren’t ready until over an hour after check in time, no extra blankets available, room service was very slow.
