Close to airport so minimal travel time to LAX for early am flight. | Was unintentionally mislead about when the breakfast buffet would open. Was told breakfast was available at 5am and I assumed that meant the free breakfast buffet I paid for with my reservation. But only alarm carte was open at 5am which defeated the purpose of getting an early self-help breakfast. Had I known this, I would not have opted for the room with free breakfast.
Very good hotel, staff are friendly and helpful | The Hyatt house just down the street seems to be slightly more modern
After a 12 + hour flight, to take a nice shower, and then get into that very comfortable bed with very nice linens was a real treat. The room had great acoustic insulation; never heard a plane or car. Easy to check in, and out, and had a really good breakfast the next morning. This is now my 'go-to' hotel when I'm going through LAX.
Shuttle was great although we could have walked to the airport. Market was pricey but a nice alternative to the restaurant. Staff was very accommodating - they got us into a room early so we could get some sleep | Toilet (room 841) would run on its own
Location outstanding! | AC and heater central air system kind of loud at night.
