Lovely view, comfortable beds, and a super convenient location by ferry, cable cars, muni etc. We appreciated being able to store our bags both before and after our stay. | It's weird that it's not easy to get into the building from the port side of the hotel, walking along the edge of the hotel to front entrance has a lot of houseless ppl.

The room is clean and mordern. The location is convenient. | Extremely disappointed with this Hyatt. The photos advertise a rooftop bar with bay views, but omit the fact that it's strictly for club-access guests. When we asked the male receptionist about it, he wouldn't even look us in the eye—completely unprofessional. We always stay at Hyatts in Japan and have wonderful experiences, but this SF location fell completely short of the brand's standards. To top it off, the hotel's design is terribly dark, the room was a trek from the elevator, and the open walkways felt like a safety hazard. I do not recommend staying here.
