This is a great hotel for leisure and business guests. I used a club access award which included some juices, milk and sodas plus snacks and after 530 appetizers and $6 liquor. It is the only hotel I’ll stay at in downtown. It’s close to Michigan Ave, the river. Note; parking via Spothero is much more reasonable. The Wednesday night we were there, a private event had both American Craft and Big bar used so no food drinks available besides Stetsons and coffee shop.
Staying at the Hyatt Regency was an exceptional experience. The staff was courteous and kind. I felt at home and safe everywhere in the hotel.
I love Hyatt Regency Chicago for its location and views of the city. The staff is helpful and professional. The restaurants are good with friendly wait staff. The Big Bar has many screens and a beautiful view. The rooms are clean. The hotel is always busy, and it may be loud at times, but that's to be expected.
Got charged for an upgrade but not really an upgrade. Tv was not working and housekeeping came in to replenish towels but didn't make the bed
I enjoyed the fact that the hotel had restaurants on site. My server was very accommodating. Being they were extremely busy he constantly checked in with me. And he remembered me the next day.
Great location and atmosphere. The room was very nice and clean. Each staff member was pleasant and helpful. The attending staff for our catered meals was GREAT! They kept things in place and knew exactly what to do. We would definitely stay again, with or without a conference.
Awesome service overall. Everything was great and they were very attentive to our needs. The hotel was nice and clean and housekeeping did an awesome job at keeping rooms stocked and clean.
Fantastic location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. We had a wonderful stay during our convention and were pleasantly surprised it was St. Patrick’s Day weekend! The bagpipe brigade and Irish music in the lobby were a delightful bonus and a perfect, festive break from the conference. ☘️🎶
I love staying at this hotel, it's always clean, the staff is amazing and they have a great food and drink menu. Highly recommend, the location can't be better as well.
