Wonderful staff. Beautiful room with a view. Daily maid service. Excellent restaurant. | Shuttle to Universal. A driver with a difficult personality. Took an overweight woman with a knee brace from the back of the line and her large family ahead of us, so that the two of us, both seniors, had to wait another half an hour for the next shuttle.

Location - super close to universal, very nice views from our room, and not in a sketchy area, not too far from DTLA Staff - all staff was amazing. Very helpful and polite. It was my son’s first time at universal studios for his birthday and they sent up a birthday card and a cheesecake wishing him a happy birthday. So cool and very much appreciated. Beds were comfy. Rooms were spacious. Parking was easy and accessible. | Bathrooms could have been a little bit more clean but they were still pretty clean overall. Toilet paper is cheap.

The room is very badly maintained; the carpets, walls, and all edges were dirty. No hot water, coffee machine had black chucks came out. The room had a bad odor, bed springs felt they were worn out.
