Guest Reviews
We had a fabulous stay in a balcony room. The variety of pools is great. I had one of the smaller ones to myself for much of one day. The restaurant, McArthur’s was delicious. I had an amazing salad and drink there. The one downside is that a brunch menu is served on both Saturday and Sunday, limiting options. Check in was easy, we qualified for early check-in but only got the bro our room an hour early. That said, we did get amenity keys so we could use the pools and facilities early. We had guaranteed late checkout of 4pm which is generous and much appreciated. I did the historical tour of the hotel and highly recommend that if you’re interested in history and/or architecture. The location worked for us. It was a bit of a drive for Spring training games in Peoria and Goodyear, but it was worth it for us to stay in a resort. The parking garage is a bit of a hike to the rooms, so it may be worth it to use the valet. Lastly, make sure you use your Amex and Hilton status to get perks. For a quick weekend getaway, on a hot weekend, I highly recommend staying here.
Property expansive and pools are nice but a motion sensor restricting AC in the evening to 76 degrees in the room is ridiculous. After my first night of swearing through the night and getting up to adjust the AC, i inquired at the front desk and he stated that they were “fixing it”. Night 2 same issue until someone came and overrode the system. Never stayed in a hotel that rationed your AC at night. I requested a call from hotel management….which I still have not received one back. Go elsewhere.
The Arizona Biltmore absolutely delivered. Our room was spotless and stylish, the shower was piping hot, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. We kept finding ourselves back at the Spire Bar because the food and service were consistently excellent. And the pools—plural!—offered something for every mood. A truly wonderful stay.
We had an unforgettable girls’ trip pickleball retreat, complete with charming cottage-style accommodations and a truly glorious spa at The Inn on Biltmore Estate. A huge bonus was Brendan, the tennis pro, who expertly coordinated match play and clinics that genuinely elevated our pickleball game. We highly recommend working with him to take your pickleball resort experience to the next level!
Came to the Biltmore on a girls trip with a focus on improving our pickleball game. Brendan was our instructor and was fantastic. Very patient and knowledgeable. We also enjoyed the resort vibe and the Citrus Club value was well worth it!
4 of us are on a pickleball league in the Midwest. We wanted to learn more & get better, and have fun. Brendan (tennis/pickle ball pro was amazing).
We had an absolutely fantastic weekend in Scottsdale! Our ladies’ doubles tennis trip was the perfect blend of great tennis, sunshine, and laughter — thanks to our amazing tennis pro, who made every session both fun and challenging. The drills run by Branden and Josh were great. Match play and group energy were just what we needed for a tennis-filled getaway. Off the courts, we loved spending time at the Citrus Club — delicious food, fabulous cocktails, crackling fire pits, and plenty of cozy spots to unwind made it the ideal post-tennis hangout. It was the perfect setting for good conversation and lots of laughs. We can’t wait to come back for another weekend of tennis, friendship, and Scottsdale sunshine!
I was looking forward to a great overnight at this property - but it was not relaxing or 5* at all. As a Hilton Gold I like to be able to get a room early - I arrived at 3pm and was told that I’d have a room in a half hour or so. Fine. Well 4:50pm came and I finally got the text it was ready. Check in is 4pm. First fail. The room itself was in their villa wing. Sounded good - thought I got my gold upgrade. Well I was flanked by the two kids pools with paper thin walls. The room itself was disgusting. Worst I’ve been in honestly. Marriott courtyards etc are 10x better. Take a look at the pics. I just didn’t want to move and or deal with it as I was only there for one night and wanted to get out and enjoy the pool (good luck finding a seat). Overall a terrible experience and won’t be booking my work conference there. Rooms were going for $1200 for the weekend. Buyer beware. If this is how they treat Hilton gold…..
We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds and buildings are beautiful. The Citrus Club was a nice bonus, especially for a romantic getaway as it is adult only. The spa is beautiful, and their services there really hit the spot. The brunch at McArthur’s is not to be missed. We played pickleball while there, too. The only “down spot” was our room. While the appointments were nice and it was spacious, it was not ready until after 3pm so we had to leave our bags on the floor in the Citrus Club. It was also lacking in sound deadening- we could hear so much noise from the neighbor next door, and the bathroom door situation is odd: three doors all open on to themselves. Our request for a late checkout was also denied despite the hotel seemingly not being very packed.
